All products are hand painted by experienced artists, so they may slightly differ from the image. Only damaged, wrong sizes or wrong paintings will be refunded. All refunds claims must send a picture and explanation for approval to refunds@uvbackdrops.com.

Refunds must be claimed within 7 days of receiving the courier. The claim period will be calculated based on the courier tracking details. Once approved all refunds must be sent back within 3 days of the approval. Refunds will be given when the goods have been received by UV Backdrops.
